Terms of Service

§ 1. General provisions

1. The owner and Administrator of the website is Fire Protection Solutions Jakub Baran, registered at: ul. Grzybowa 7A lok. 2, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland.
2. The company is entered in the CEIDG business register and holds NIP: 6182094888 and REGON: 528892780.
3. The Service Provider can be contacted by email at biuro@fp-solutions.pl and by phone at +48 790 782 993.

§ 2. Definitions

• Website – the website available at the domain fp-solutions.pl (or another relevant main domain).
• Service Provider – Fire Protection Solutions Jakub Baran.
• User – any natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website.
• Electronic services – services provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website (e.g. the contact form).

§ 3. Type and scope of services provided

1. The Website is primarily informational. It presents the Service Provider's offer in the field of fire safety engineering (including Fire Safety Manuals, CFD simulations and audits).
2. Via the Website the Service Provider provides free electronic services, allowing Users to send messages using interactive email links and (where applicable) contact forms.

§ 4. Technical requirements and rules of use

1. Correct use of the Website requires a terminal device with internet access and a standard web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
2. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice, respecting personal rights and the copyright and intellectual property of the Service Provider and third parties.
3. The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.

§ 5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Website, including economic copyright and intellectual property rights to its name, internet domain, and to the templates, forms, logos and images published on the Website (except for materials under external licences), belong to the Service Provider. They may be used only in the manner specified in and consistent with these Terms, or with the express written consent of the Service Provider.

§ 6. Liability

1. Information contained on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but merely an invitation to negotiate.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of the materials and information presented on the Website without prior direct consultation and the conclusion of an appropriate engineering-services contract.

§ 7. Complaints procedure

1. The User may submit a complaint regarding the operation of the Website and the services provided electronically.
2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to: biuro@fp-solutions.pl.
3. The Service Provider examines complaints without delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt, informing the User of the outcome at the email address from which the complaint was sent.

§ 8. Final provisions

1. Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by the generally applicable provisions of Polish law.
2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in the law, changes in the way services are provided). Users will be informed of changes through publication of the new content on the Website.
